Under Heinz Spoerli, Zurich Ballet has become a world-renowned company. Ten new members will be joining the harmonious ensemble for the new season. There are 38 dancers in the main company, an 15 young dancers in the Junior Ballet - over 50 outstandingly talented dancers from 24 countries. The entire worl dances on Zurich's stage. Critics’ Prizes 2009 The Association of German Critics awards its Critics’ Prizes in 2009 to:

The non-pecuniary Critics' Prizes are awarded om 13.6.2009 in the Chamber Music Hall of the Berlin Philharmonie. The official address will be given by Prof. Johano Strasser, Chairman of the German PEN Club, political theorist, author and publicist. His topic: " The critic as an intellectual".
